Mexico hedges a significant chunk of its oil exports every year, typically in the Jul-Aug-Sept period in a massive program known as the "Hacienda" hedge.
I claim no knowledge of what sovereign hedgers are doing, but clearly current oil prices are quite inviting. Just saying.
